outgoing collARTage "big brother is watching you" to Servane Morel (Belgium) - the next historical postcard from Bruxelles is ready to go back gome to its origin, slightly modfied ... big brother is watching you from the Palais de Justice. One out of 12 historical postcards I send to Servane step by step. Unfortunately the last I have sent out was probably lost. 11 have been sent out now, so only one remains here. Servane has mail art call about Charlie Chaplin, thats why I made a fake postage stamp with Charlie on it.
