arriving mail art "Administration" from Guy Bleus (Belgium) - what a surprise today in my mailbox, Guy has sent me this collaged envelope, over and over decorated with old postage stamps and other stamps, inside a collage made with a real historical photograph, textile fragments ansd artistamps. He used a wrong address, but the postoffice find the right one and sticked a little label over the wrong one. Thank you.
