outgoing collARTage to R. F. Côté (Canada) - for circulaire 132 I used an unopened mail art letter I got today, I modified it this way and perforated it into 20 pieces. Rejéan can now cut the letter (and be part of the performance) to have a look inside and maybe use the 20 pieces for his project as a kind of mini booklets (or not).see his blog: http://circulaire132.blogspot.com/
