arriving mail art "boring mail = burning mail + waste of postage" from Wolfgang Skodd (Germany) - obviously Wolfgang has to pay some postage taxe for the mail art I have sent to him, which I do not really understand because it was a postcard with the right postage stamp on it. He has sent a photograph and the postal label that he has paid for it. Thanks.
