arriving mail art from Servane Morel (Belgium) - a nice painted Venus, which first has been sent rerurn to sender, now she has sent it inside an envelope which is also decorated with a Venus. Thank you. (is postage in Belgium that expensive this envelope has cost 3,27 € ???)

Yes Roland ... It's very expensive because not in the standard !!! It's the reason why i post all my mail arts in France !...
