arriving mail art from Heinz W. Lotz & Walter Weidner (Germany) - a co-production of these two artists from Darmstadt. Heinz has sent the card to Walter for modification with the words "Marcke Biss daraus". In my eyes not really a Bismarck mail art so I post it here. Thank you.
