outgoing collARTage "do you Ander-stand?" to Touriseum (Italy) - a commercial postcard from the Touriseum, a little bit modified, will return to its origin. I sticked some of the Andreas Hofer artistamps to it, to let them know what it is. Ander is the name how Andreas is called there, so I hope they will Ander-stand. Send as well some Andreas Hofer mail art to the museum, if you like, but the better one to me.
