outgoing collARTage "tape police" to Litsa Spathi (Netherlands) - half opened half closed, no postcard no letter, something in between, I sticked already a tape on it "Die Sendung wurde leider beschädigt - L'envoi a malheureusement été endommagé" Nevertheless I hope the Ukrainian Diploma will arrive save, more or less - it arrived already with a rain damage.
